(From Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home)Joyce Diane Jackson, 76 of Everton, passed away Friday, May 10, 2024. She was born June 11, 1947, in Watseka, Illinois to Raymond and Esther (Redeker) Crouch.
On May 22, 1979, Joyce and John Jackson were united in marriage and shared over 44 years together, before John’s passing March of this year.
Joyce was a goer and didn’t like to keep still. She enjoyed square dancing watching the KC Chiefs, Nascar and loved being outdoors, gardening, fishing, camping, and riding motorcycles. Joyce and John owned Jackson General Store for several years in Everton. She was also a member of the Everton Booster Club, where much time was spent with family and friends cooking and volunteering. Joyce loved her family and spending time with grandkids as much as possible. She is loved and will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
Joyce is survived by children, Kim Woods and husband David (Bradon & Amy Keenan, Kaily, and Kash; Keshia & Coty Mia, Ivy; and Tyler); Kenneth Ball and wife Kristi (Greyson); Johnna Teel and husband Paul, (John and Becky); Jim Jackson (Ashley, Reece, Gavin, and Hanna); brother, Dale Crouch and wife Margaret; many nieces, nephews, family members and many friends.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Esther Crouch; husband, John Jackson; brother, Raymond Crouch II; and sister-in-law, Lynn Crouch.

Visitation will 2:00PM until service time, Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Liberty Baptist Church. Funeral services will begin at 3:00PM, at the church with burial to follow at Liberty Cemetery, Everton, MO.
