(From Ozark Funeral Home)William Dale Leach, of Anderson, Missouri, departed this life on Thursday, May 23, 2024 doing what he loved, riding his motorcycle.
William entered this life on December 16, 1950 in Pea Ridge, Arkansas, born to the late Terry Dale and Helen Charlene (Dooley) Leach. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of service. He then worked several years for Holden Industries. William enjoyed wood working and riding his motorcycle. In his early years he served as a youth pastor at church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jason Aaron Leach.
William is survived by his fiancé, Linda Lingo of Jane, Missouri; daughter, Elizabeth Patience and husband, Will of Seligman, Missouri; three brothers, Dillon Leach, Robert Leach and Danny Leach all of McDonald County, Missouri; three grandchildren, Jason Patience, Emilly Patience and Katelyn Patience; as well as a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss him.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 31, 2024 in the Peace Valley Cemetery in Anderson, Missouri with Donnie Garner officiating.
Those honoring William’s life by serving as pallbearers are Brandon Leach, Jason Patience, Michael Lingo, Dakota Leach, Josh Eudy and James Jessen. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at this time.
