(From Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary)Paula L. McClintock, 70, passed away on May 23, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri. She was born on August 1, 1953, in Trenton, New Jersey, to the late Paul and Mary (Patsy) Weber.
She loved to work in her garden, paint, and being with her beloved cat, Acer. Those who knew Paula will remember her for her big heart. She had a unique ability to make everyone she met feel like family. She helped several people and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She married the love of her life, Fred McClintock in Webb City on September 12, 2001. He preceded her in death and we find comfort in knowing they are reunited once again.
Paula is survived by a group of wonderful friends who became her chosen family. Bridget Sutton, Gretchen Carey, Nikki Hunt, Angela Shipman, Kevin Kneff, Warren Ray Sprague, Jason Moss, Paula Woody, and Joseph Flynn. They all were touched by Paula's unwavering love and support.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary in Joplin, Mo. Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the direct care of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary.
