Lisa Diane LaTurner, age 60, Joplin, MO. passed away Monday, May 13, 2024.

She was born March 25, 1964 to the late James Charles and Sharon Cox Charles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Charles

Lisa worked as a Certified Nurses Aide at Medicalodge in Columbus for several years.








Survivors include two sons, Eric LaTurner, Galena, KS, and Micheal Laturner and wife, Courtney, Joplin, MO; one daughter, Jenifer Watkins and husband, Jeremy, Joplin, MO; eight grandchildren, Haley, Hayden, Macie Pence, Kaytlayn West, Makayla Walton and husband, Zack, Paul, River, Roman LaTurner; two great grandchildren, Novalee Walton and Charlotte Walton; one brother, Jimmy Charles; and sister, Debbie Radigan; several nieces and nephews that she played a huge part in their lives.

Funeral services will be at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the Derfelt Funeral Home, Galena. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until service time. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lisa LaTurner Memorial Fund to help offset funeral expenses and maybe left in care of the funeral home or made online.
