Kristopher Ralston

Kristopher Mance Ralston, 43, passed away in Springdale, Arkansas Sunday January 25, 2015. 

Kristopher was born and raised in Carthage, MO; He was a 1989 Carthage High School graduate, and a member of the First Christian Church. Kris attended Crowder College where he was a co graduate of the year; He attended Central Missouri State University and was named Athletic All Region from 1992 to 1993 and named Athletic All-American in 1993. Kris was drafted by the Kansas City Royals Professional Baseball team and was selected as Top Prospect for 1993 in the Northwest League, and selected to Carolina League All-Star Team in 1994, Named as Top Prospect for KC Minor League System in 1995. Kris played on Caribbean World Series Team in 1996 and spent 1996 Season on the Major League Roster; unfortunately two separate arm surgeries ended his career.

 Kris attended Missouri Southern University in Joplin Where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science a Double Major in Biology, Environmental Health and a Chemistry Minor, he was inducted into Alpha Chi with a GPA of 3.79 in 1999 and named Environmental Health graduate of the year in 1999. Kris worked for Schreiber Foods in Carthage for 14 years where he was promoted to increased levels of authority and responsibility at multiple locations throughout his employment, including Team Advisor, Team Leader, Distribution and Logistics Leader, International Operations Manager and two plant Manager Positions. 

Kristopher was united in marriage to Alex Ray in 1988 from this union were two sons Jake Ralston of Springdale, Arkansas and Luke Ralston of Carthage, Kristopher is survived by his mom Beth Ruppert of Carthage, and his two sons. Kristopher is preceded in death by his dad Rick Ralston and his grandparents Duke and Ruth Ruppert of Carthage.

 Celebration of Life Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday January 30, 2015 at Park Cemetery,Carthage. Online condolences can be made at www.ulmerfh.com.
