Lorena Woodruff Stahl age 89 of Joplin, Mo passed away Sunday January 25, 2015 at the Communities of Wildwood Ranch.
She was born on April 26, 1925 in Harrison, AK the daughter of Wylie and Myrtle Merrell Hankins. Lorena married Bill Stahl in December 5, 1991 in Joplin, Mo. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan. Lorena was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband Bill of the home and a son Ronald Stahl and his wife Barbara of Syracuse, NY. Five grandchildren, Matthew Miller and his wife Jackie Newman, of Galax, Va., Geoffrey Miller of Syracuse, NY., Genna Miller of Buffalo, NY., Mark Stahl of Dexter, NY., and Zach Stahl of Adams, NY. She is survived by two cousins, Dixie Boyer of Arizona City, AZ., and Darlene Taylor of Joplin.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the Mason-Woodard Chapel. Burial will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 – 7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the mortuary.
