Mick Tuggle

H.L. Mick Tuggle age 88 of Joplin passed away Saturday January 3, 2015 at the Quaker Hill Skilled Nursing Facility in Baxter Springs, Kansas. 

He was born on September 7, 1926 in Webb City, MO the son of Hubert L. and Lenora Troyer Tuggle. Mick was a veteran serving his country during WWII with the United States Navy. He married Dollie Mills in 1948 she precedes him in death. He worked as an Electrician and was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 345. Mick was also preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Don and Joseph Tuggle. 

Survivors include a son Dan Tuggle and wife Rosemary of Topeka, KS, a daughter Angela Sowards of Fairland, OK five grandsons: Colin Tuggle, Dustin, Brandon, Forest and Dakota Darmrill; and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday January 7, 2015 at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary with Reverend Jarel Burnside officiating. Burial will follow in the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to service time at the mortuary. The family suggests contributions to the Wounded Warriors Project or Disabled American Veterans.
