Audra L. Barnhardt, Neosho, died April 22, 2015 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, following an illness. Audra was born April 19, 1925 and celebrated her 90th birthday. She worked as the county recorder for Neosho County, Kansas for 25 years before retiring. She was honored as volunteer of the year for AARP. Audra was fortunate to have a long, healthy and happy life. She is preceded in death by her son, John Birner and seven siblings. Surviving are three grandchildren, John Birner, Joe Birner and Dhanna Birner and five great grandchildren.
