Loren Eugene Lasiter age, 71 of Carthage, Mo Passed away Friday April 3, 2015 at his home.
He was born on February 17, 1944 in Carthage, Mo the son of William Henry and Leola Margaretta “Shrock” Lasiter. He married Donna Howerton on May 5, 1962 in Carthage, MO. Loren worked as a Machinist for F.A.G. Bearing until his retirement. He was a member of the Impact life Church of Joplin, Mo. He enjoyed fishing, Hunting and collecting knifes.
Loren was preceded in death by parents, two brothers: John and Joe Lasiter; and six: sisters: Lucille Magdaleno, Betty Lou Swafford, Delilah Carpenter, Joann Lasiter, Gloria Stark and Mary McNamara. Survivors include his wife Donna of the home, three sons: Scott Lasiter and Fiancé Katrina Witt of Carthage, Mo, Willie Lasiter and wife Jody of Carthage, Mo and Gene Lasiter and wife Sherrie of Carthage, Mo; two brothers: Richard Lasiter and wife Faye of Webb City, and Martin Lasiter of Carthage, Mo; four sisters: Nita Dalton and husband Bill of Carterville, MO, Rita Mitchell and of Carthage, Mo, Millie Palmer and husband Bob of Sarcoxie, Mo and Henrietta Stark and husband Elvie of Carthage, Mo; seven grandsons and six great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday April 9, 2015 at the Impact Life Church with Pastor Howie Nunnelly officiating.
