Neil Platko, 51 of Joplin passed away at his home April 8, 2015;
Neil was born May 4, 1963 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Emil Platko and Jolivie Fironi. Neil was a Joplin resident from 1988. He worked as a maintenance worker for ISS Facility Services in Joplin, MO.
Neil was united in marriage to Donna Davis June 30, 1989 in Carthage, MO. she survives. Neil is survived by one daughter Deonna Hawkins of Joplin, MO., two grandchildren Destiny Hawkins and Nolan Hawkins. Two sisters Jodi Platko of Las Vegas, NV, and Terry Shoemaker of Pennsylvania, one brother Ryan Fironi of California.
Memorial services were held Saturday April 11, 2015 at One Church on 32nd Street in Joplin. Online condolences can be made at www.ulmerfh.com.
