Larry Daniel

Larry Junior Daniel, age 71, of Joplin, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Joplin Health and Rehab in Joplin.

Larry, son of the late Homer and Gracie (Talley) Daniel, was born on June 19, 1949 in Webb City. 

He was a lifelong resident and a graduate of Carl Junction High School. He worked most of his life in construction specializing in painting and carpenter work. 

Survivors include his sister Wilma Royer, of Joplin; nephews and nieces, Wayne Daniel, of Joplin, Curtis Royer, of Joplin, Newt White, and his wife, Linda, of Carl Junction, Donna Grove, and her husband, Rick, of Oronogo, Wanda Williams, of Galena, and Carol Landis, of Springfield; and several great nieces and nephews; numerous great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by siblings, Harold Daniel, Jim Daniel, Hazel Moore, Bonnie Irwin, and Valverie Jewbury.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Carl Junction. Open viewing for friends and family will be on Wednesday, March 3rd during normal operating hours at Parker Mortuary.
