(From Ozark Funeral Home)Evelyn Mae Renner, 97, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 21, 2022, at the Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
She was born on March 13, 1925, in Ventura, California to the late, Ralph and Orvilla (Sealy) Kilgore.
Evelyn was united in marriage to Ralph Renner on August 30, 1941, and to this union four children were born. His birthday was also March 13th, so they celebrated many birthdays together until his passing in 1986.
She really enjoyed shopping at the dollar stores and always made sure everyone in her family got a present for Christmas. Evelyn was a longtime member of the Free Holiness Church in Anderson, Missouri, where she served as song leader for many years. She was loving and caring to her family, who meant the world to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband; also, by her parents, three brothers and one sister all of California.

Evelyn leaves behind to cherish her memory are two daughters, Carolyn Aubert (George) of Joplin, Missouri, Wanda Renner of Anderson, Missouri; two sons, Robert Renner (Shirley) of Anderson, Missouri, Steve Renner (Linna) of Anderson, Missouri; 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; along with a host of other and family and friends.
Funeral service for Evelyn will be held on November 28, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes. Brother Dan Roberts will officiate. Burial will follow in the Renner Family Cemetery in Anderson, Missouri. Visitation will be held November 28, 2022, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home, family will receive friends at this time.
