Mary Lou Staib

Mary Lou Staib was born in Racine, Missouri, on December 10, 1941, one of seven children to Roy Evert and Hathaway (Rich) Williams. She went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2022, at the age of 80. 

Mary Lou was a lifelong area resident and a homemaker. She was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church, where she served as a pianist for twenty-five years. 









Mary Lou and Floyd Dean Staib were united in marriage on June 20, 1957, in Racine, and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2002. 

Mary Lou is lovingly survived by her three children, Dema Staib of Hollister, Missouri, Evert Staib and wife, Gini of Seneca, Missouri and Gail Brown of Neosho, Missouri; two granddaughters, Rachel Brown and Emily Brown; two brothers, Bill Williams of Grove, Oklahoma and Marshvon Williams of Joplin, Missouri; two sisters, Lillys Ludiker and husband, Larry of Neosho and Connie Humphreys of El Dorado Springs, Missouri, as well as many nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends. 








In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Roy Lee Williams and Pete Williams, and four sisters-in-law, Beverly Williams, Dale Williams, Jean Williams, and Joan Williams. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 10 am at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, her son, Evert Staib, will officiate. Interment will follow in the King Cemetery, and nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
