Shirley Jean (Kenney) Deal, of Neosho, Missouri, passed away on December 31, 2025, at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Shirley was born in Monett, Missouri, to Medford and Ila Jean (Enlow) Kenney. She graduated from high school in Kansas City, Missouri, and later earned an Associate’s degree in Computer Science.
She married her dear husband, David, on September 27, 2003 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and he survives her.

Shirley was a devoted homemaker who loved her family so well.
She enjoyed doing puzzles as a pastime, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Shirley was a woman of faith. She was strong Christian and lived a life devoted to her Savior.
In addition to her husband, Shirley is survived by her children, Megan Dawn Burns of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Dustin Levi Burns (Cheyenne) of Galena, Missouri; her two grandchildren, Colton Alexander Murray and Peyton Marie Burns, and niece Audrey Calovich.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Medford and Ila Jean Kenney, and her sister, Diane.
A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
