Kathleen Lewis of Miami, OK passed from this life Sunday, July 22, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Vinita, OK. She was 73.
Kathleen was born November 6, 1944 in Memphis, TN to Henry George and Meryle Rose (Chandler) Threlfall. She had lived in the Miami area since 1961. She was a registered nurse and had worked at St. John’s Hospital and Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO, Banner Baywood Hospital in Mesa, AZ and Integris Miami Hospital in Miami, OK, she was also a Real Estate Agent in Afton, OK.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband Carl Lloyd “Jiggs” Lewis May 8, 2002 and by her parents and her brother Henry Albert Threlfall.
Survivors include 2 sons Joe Lloyd Lewis and wife Jeana of Miami, OK and Jeff Carl Lewis and wife Kristi of Arma, KS, her sister Sylvia Crossley and husband Bill of Miami, OK, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Afton, OK. Services have been placed in the care of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, OK. Online condolences may be made at www.paulthomasfuneralhomes.com
