(From Fohn Funeral Home)Beverly Jean Branstetter, age 74, of Wheaton, Missouri passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Mercy Hospital Springfield, in Springfield, Missouri.
She was born February 17, 1951 in Berryville, Arkansas the daughter of Shannon and Imogene (Bickford) Bridges. On May 28, 1976 in Wheaton, Missouri she was united in marriage to Richard Branstetter, who preceded her in death on November 25, 2020. Also preceding her in death were her parents and stepson, Kenny Chandler.
Surviving are her sons, Chris Branstetter and wife Kayla of Wheaton, Missouri and Josh Branstetter and wife Melluckie of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; stepsons, Rick Branstetter of Marionville, Missouri, Randy Branstetter and wife Glenda of Marionville, Missouri, Richie Hufft of Oklahoma, Rocky Reed and wife Latricia of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Skeeter Lamp and wife Amanda of Granby, Missouri; stepdaughter, Sherry Addy of Carthage, Missouri; brother, Allen Bridges of Kansas City, Missouri; sister, Barbara Freeman Donaldson and husband David of Purdy, Missouri; grandchildren, Berlin, Leigha and Olivia; step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and step great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Beverly grew up and attended school in Cassville, Missouri graduating from Cassville High School later attending Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri earning an associate of arts degree. She was employed by the Southwest School System in Washburn, Missouri as a paraprofessional from where she retired. Beverly enjoyed shopping, watching her grandchildren play softball, and going on vacation with her family every year. She was a member of Chapel of Grace. Beverly will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Chapel of Grace in Monett. Reverend Doug Williams, Pastor Jimmie Finch and Pastor David Donaldson will conduct the services. Burial will be at Hogeye Cemetery in Wheaton, Missouri.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at Chapel of Grace in Monett.
Contributions may be made to Crowder College Foundation in memory of Beverly.
