Blake Thomas Mansfield, 47, Carthage, MO, passed away at his home on May 28, 2015 in Carthage, MO. Blake Thomas Mansfield was born August 15, 1967 in Carthage, MO to the late Richard Thomas Mansfield and Valerie Vandiver. Blake graduated from Carthage High School in 1985 and went on to get his B.A. in business/marketing from the University of Arkansas in 1990. He married Charlyn Wofford on December 4, 1999 in Carthage, MO. Blake worked as the owner/operator of B&C Catering in Carthage, MO. He was a member at the Grace Episcopal Church in Carthage, MO. He was also a member of the Rotary Club and was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his wife; his stepmother; Jenny Mansfield, Carthage, MO; two sisters; Tricia (Kevin) Charleston, Reeds, MO, and Stephanie (Chris) Patterson, Carl Junction, MO; one brother; Scott (Jennifer) Mansfield, Carthage, MO; nieces and nephews; Addison Daniel, Austin Daniel, Jackson Patterson, Quincy Charleston, Emma Charleston, Will Mansfield, Katie Mansfield, and Taylor Mansfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
