Kenneth Ray Patton, age 50, Joplin, passed away at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 21, 2015 at his home.
Kenny was born September 11, 1964 in Joplin to Glen Patton and the late Donna Marie Stockam Patton.
He worked as an installer for fire sprinkler systems and had owned and operated his own landscaping business. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading and went fishing any chance he got.
Survivors include a son, Daniel Ray Patton, Fort Worth, Texas; a daughter, Rebekah Patton, Fort Worth, Texas; two sisters, Rusty 'Lynn' Rogers, Benton, Tennessee, Christy Perry, Granby; his father, Glen K. 'Shorty' Patton and his wife, Sharon, Joplin; step brothers Travis and Troy Forsythe, an aunt, Norma Lee Reed, Washburn, Missouri; cousins, Michelle Holland and Fred Stockam; and several other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned for Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends following the services in the chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
