Pat Smith

Patrick A. Coleman Smith, age 63, Joplin, passed away at 1:20 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2015 at his home after a sudden illness.

Pat was born July 29, 1951 in Kershaw County, South Carolina and had lived in Joplin most of his life.

He worked as an independent concrete contractor for several years.

Pat is survived by his wife, Gail, of the home; a stepson, Ron Harp, Nevada, Missouri; and a nephew, Ronald Wayne Rice.

Memorial services are planned for Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary. Rev. Bryan Henderson will officiate.

Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
