Rosa Lee Phillips, age 86, of Gravette, AR, passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 at her home. She was born February 22, 1930 in Jonesboro, AR to William and Geneva O’Connor Bailey. Rosa married Leroy Phillips on September 13, 1990 in Taos, NM.
Rosa was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Norman Wayne Brown. Survivors include two sons: Robin Dale Casey and Joley Casey, and two daughters: Sandra Bockholt and Ginger Casey, 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Clyde Garrett officiating.
