Patricia A. (Oxendine) Mercer, age 71 of Joplin passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017 at her home.
She was born on July 26, 1946 in Manilla, Arkansas. Patricia was a registered nurse for many years working for several different places that include; St. John’s, Freeman, Meadows, and a private care nurse. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Mercer and a sister, Katrina Frossard.
Patricia is survived by her son, Thomas Evansco and wife Shannon; sister, Lola Wyatt and husband Jack; brothers, Jim Soles and wife Diane, Roger Soles and wife Linda, Paul Soles and wife Becky, Randy Soles and wife Diane; grandchildren; Timothy Evansco, Kayla Evansco, and Kara Evansco.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral in Webb City. The family will be present for a visitation from 1:00 PM until service time on the same day. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
