David Eshom

David Eshom left this world October 16, 2017 holding his wife, Sherry Eshom's hand, in Joplin, MO. His children Paul Eshom, Melanie Eshom, and Deedra Biggers (Eric Biggers) were present. His nephew Roger Eshom was like a son to him. David was proud of his family and many grandchildren and great grandchild- Michael Eshom, Susan Eshom, Samantha Eshom, Christopher Underwood, Dalton Underwood, Lance Biggers, Max Biggers, Gabe Biggers, and Stormy Eshom. 

He worked hard for 50 years painting and papering houses and businesses to provide for his family. His last employment was Du-Rite Painting and Papering, for 30 years. 

Occasionally his children would go along with him to keep him company. He instilled the value of a strong work ethic in his children and nephew. He loved telling jokes that were so bad you could not keep from laughing. He loved dancing, watching the Chiefs and Broncos play, and his grandchildren grow. He loved making people smile. If he made fun of your name or teased you, he was probably gauging how well you could take a joke. 

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend you will be greatly missed. Four State Cremation provided services for the family. The family will have a private gathering later. Family and friends may stop by the family home to visit with the family.
