(From Parker Mortuary)Mickey Ray Boyer, age 69 of Neosho, Missouri, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin.
Mickey was born February 2, 1952 in Neosho, Missouri to the late Hayden Boyer and Elma (Gibbons) Boyer. Mickey was a lifelong resident of the Neosho area. Throughout the years Mickey had worked for several farms.
Mickey was united in marriage to Janie May Pierce. She preceded him in death.
Mickey enjoyed the time spent and memories created with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mickey is lovingly survived by his children, Shawn Boyer, Jason Boyer, Jeremy Boyer and Nancy Hester; eleven grandchildren; together with numerous extended family and friends.
Graveside committal of ashes will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 31st, 2021 at New Salem Cemetery.
Cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Parker Mortuary
