Mildred Kay Duncan of Miami, OK passed from this life Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at her home. She was 73.

Mildred was born June 24, 1952 in Sedalia, MO to James and Alice (Johnson) Morgan. She had lived in Miami since 1989 moving from New York City, NY. She graduated from McDonald County High School in Anderson, MO in 1971. She had worked at Arby’s in Miami and at High Winds Casino in Miami, OK. She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Marcella Waggoner.

Mildred is survived by her husband Darren Duncan of the home, 4 sons, John Dowd and wife Regina of Kansas City, MO, Nick Dowd of Bentonville, AR, Scott Dowd of Nevada, MO and Sean McCullough and wife Samantha of Miami, OK, 3 daughters, Cathy Dowd of Lodi, NJ, Rosemary Dowd of Lodi, NJ and Linda Dirienzo and husband John of Syracuse, NY, 5 brothers, James Lee Morgan, Clifford Morgan, Wayne Morgan, Andy Morgan and Robert Morgan, 3 sisters, Margaret Tanner, Kathy Edmunds and Tina Womack, 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
