Conness C. Cooper, 64, of Neosho, entered into rest on May 29, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, following a sudden illness.
Conness was born Aug. 18, 1952 in Joplin, the daughter of Clifford and Bernadine (Goodwin) Noel. She had lived in the Neosho area since 1976 and owned and operated a housecleaning service. She was active in Boy Scouts and served as Scout Master of Troop 58 in Seneca.
Conness and Dan Cooper were married in Kansas City, Kansas and he survives. Additional survivors include two sons, Aaron Cooper and Ethan Cooper, both of Neosho; two brothers, Lionel Noel and wife, Lisa of Hope, AR and Brent Noel and wife, Patricia of Overland Park, KS; three sisters, Muriel Kloth and husband, Jim of Spring Green, WI; Myra Cramer and husband, Richard of Kansas City, KS and Melissa Ostermeyer and husband, Keith of Tonganoxie, KS and a granddaughter, Morgan Cooper. She is preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Gillian Cooper.
