Nancy A. Pierce age 70 of Neck City passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Webb City Health & Rehab.
She was born on July 27, 1947 in Webb City to Freddie W. Pierce and Alberta (Firey) Pierce. Nancy was an LPN working in home health care towards the end of her career. She was a member of the Harmony Baptist Church in Joplin, and loved visiting the home bound church members when she could, and also loved to teach adults to learn to read in her spare time.
Nancy is survived by a sister, Pansey Pierce of Neck City, along with several cousins and other family members.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Weaver Cemetery with Pastor Charlie Burnett officiating. Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.
