Frances Earlene Simmons, 72, of Neosho, Missouri departed this life with stage four esophageal cancer on Monday, February 4, 2019 at her residence with her loving family by her side.
Earlene entered this life on September 28, 1946 born to the late Bill and Frances (Dixon) McCabe in Kansas City, Missouri. She worked at Wal-Mart, McDonald County Nursing Home and owned and operated Ebeys Restaurant in Anderson, Missouri. Earlene loved her plants and enjoyed crocheting. She loved and cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Zachary Eric Geeding; two sisters, Pat Decker and Nancy Dee.
Earlene is survived by her children, Billy Mullin, Jr. of Anderson, Missouri, Russell Mullin and wife, Kim of Pineville, Missouri, Sarah Boyd and husband, Steven of Neosho, Missouri and Frank Mullin; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to noon on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri. The family will receive friends at this time.
