Steven Wayne Ragsdale, Sr. of Miami, OK passed from this life Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, MO. He was 65.
Steven was born December 22, 1953 in Webb City, MO to Ralph and Florence (Eppwright) Ragsdale. He had lived in Miami for the past 15 years moving from Sarcoxie, MO. Steven graduated from Commerce High School class of 1972, served in the U.S. Air Force and was a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Joplin, MO. He was an avid golfer.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Gene Ragsdale.
Survivors include Marsae DeShaun of the home, his son Steven Ragsdale, Jr. and wife Nicole of Tulsa, OK, 2 daughters Whitney Young and husband David of Miami, OK, Haylee Ragsdale of Commerce, OK, 2 brothers Jack Ragsdale and Jimmy Ragsdale both of Miami, OK, his sister Mary Yankowski of Miami, OK and 7 grandchildren.
