Sandra Billam

Sandra L. Billam, 78, Neosho, entered into rest on Feb. 24, 2019 at Medicalodge in Neosho, from complications of Parkinson’s Disease.

Sandra was born Feb. 1, 1941 in Granby, the daughter of Mack and Helen (Smith) Cohu. She graduated from Granby High School and then furthered her education, graduating from Tulsa Junior College. She worked as a paralegal for Phillips Petroleum Company and returned to Neosho from the Kansas City, Kansas area. She was a people person and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and doing crafts. She was a member of the Rocketdyne Road Church of Christ. 

Sandra is survived by two sons, Dale Billam and wife, Dr. Gayle Spencer of Savoy, IL and David Billam and wife, Michele of Little Elm, TX; four grandchildren, Kady Billam, Thomas Billam, Boston Henry and Garrek Billam and two brothers, Gary Cohu and Dick Cohu, both of Neosho. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Janelle Sanders. 







Funeral services will be Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 10:30 am at the Rocketdyne Road Church of Christ, Denny Kruse will officiate. Interment will follow in the Diamond Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Boston Henry, Garrek Billam, Thomas Billam, Dale Billam, David Billam and Robert Peters. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 to 7 pm at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
