Kathryn Mildred Ball, 80, Joplin, MO entered into rest December 17, 2019. She was born May 31, 1939 in Newton County, MO to James J. and Grace M. (Barley) Powell.
Kathryn worked as a technician for Eagle Picher. She enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, gardening, traveling, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Kathryn and Jimmie Ray Ball were married August 5, 1958 in Neosho; he preceded her in death on August 4, 1976.
She is survived by three children, Cindy Irwin and husband, Matt of Sarcoxie, Lisa McDermott and husband, Shane of Diamond, Jeff Ball and wife, Staci of Granby; ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents.
