Michelle Gann

Michelle Lynn Gann, 47, of Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019, in the comfort of her home after a battle with cancer.

Michelle was born on May 5, 1972, in Stanton, Texas, to the late Lois Williams. She was raised in Louisiana and Oklahoma and graduated from Crowder High School in McAlester, Oklahoma. 

Michelle worked for Transport Trailer Refrigeration Service in Joplin, Missouri, and last worked as a service writer for Freightliner in Joplin the last couple years. She attended Mountain Movers Church in Grove, Oklahoma.

Michelle never knew a stranger. She had a friendly demeanor and was always smiling. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting and shopping. Above all, Michelle loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and she will be missed by all who had the privilege to know and love her.

On June 28, 2013, Michelle was united in marriage to Robert Gann. He survives. 








Additional survivors include her children, Jessica De La Vega (Josue) of Joplin, Missouri, Ashlee Ballard (Jared) of Monett, Missouri, Allen Gann (Kayla) of Denison, Texas, and Raymi Youngblood (DJ Tarabek) of Joplin; eight grandchildren, Xavier, Jadyn, Alex, Jordyn, Joshua, Killion, Bravelyn, Cashtyn and one on the way, Emma; her mother-in-law, Rita Underwood, of Grove; her dogs, Jax and Tank; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2019, at Parker Mortuary in Joplin with Pastor Brad Helton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
