David Elwood Clark, 58, Joplin, MO unexpectedly passed away December 13, 2019. David was born October 20, 1961 in Neosho, MO to Charles Burton and Estella Mae Clark. He was a lifelong resident of the Neosho – Joplin area, having graduated from Neosho High School in 1980.
David worked as a journeyman for Dyno-Nobel, retiring less than a year ago after more than twenty-five years of employment. He was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.
David is survived by three children, Marcus Clark of Springfield, MO, Kellen Clark of Haines City, FL, and Tari Clark of Ft. Worth, TX; four brothers, Larry Clark of Neosho, MO, Gary Clark of Arizona, Tommy Clark of Des Moines, IA, and James Clark of Neosho; one sister, Clemmy Cobert of Joplin, MO; and one grandson, Mason.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 am, Friday, December 27, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho. Inurnment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Neosho.
