Nova Dee Egger, 103, of Bentonville, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Bradford House in Bentonville. She was born March 28, 1916 in Brownwood, Texas on Willis Creek to Ray Vaughn Beeman and Gertrude Wagner Beeman.
She married Orvel W. Egger in 1933 in Mills County, Texas.
She was a farmer’s wife; she loved carpentry, sewing, fishing and anything to do with being outdoors.
She and her family moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1952 from West Texas. She joined the Centerton First Baptist Church in 1955 and was a faithful member.
She worked ten years at Daisy Manufacturing and was a member of Morning Star E. H. Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 62 years, Orvel W. Egger and four brothers.
Nova Dee is survived by one son, Layton Egger and wife, Barbara of Little Flock, AR; two grandsons, Barton Egger and wife, Kim of Rogers, AR, Kent Egger and wife, Susan of Carthage, MO; 5 great-grandchildren, Denton Egger, Bailey Crossett and husband, Zachary, Emily Egger, Garrett Egger, Grant Egger and one brother, R. V. Beeman, Jr. and wife, Betty of Gentry, AR.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00PM, Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
Funeral services will be at 10:00AM, Thursday, December 12, 2019 at First Baptist Church Centerton with Pastor Joshua Babb officiating. Burial will follow in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery in Rogers.
