Mrs. Ula Marie Nester, 83, of Webb City, Missouri, departed this life on Thursday morning, August 6, 2020, in the comfort of her residence after a recent battle with cancer.
Ula entered this life on December 9, 1936, in Kent County, Michigan, daughter of the late Sherman and Wave Smith.

On December 19, 1954, she was united in marriage to Norman Nester and together they have shared the last sixty-five years. Ula was a devoted homemaker throughout her life.
She is survived by her husband, Norman Nester of the home; four sons, Norman Nester (Arlene) of Ravenna, Michigan, Danny Nester (Tammie) of Columbus, Kansas, Mike Nester (Sharon) of Webb City and Mark Nester (Treva) of Newaygo, Michigan; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family and friends.
No formal services will be held at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home in Webb City, Missouri.
