Mr. Kenneth A. Fox, 79, of Forsyth, MO died, Monday, August 10, 2020 in the Point Lookout Nursing and Rehab, Hollister, MO. Graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 14, 2020 in the Webb City Cemetery, Webb City, MO with Pastor Kurt Nantz officiating.
Kenneth Allen Fox was born, Thursday, July 24, 1941 in Carterville, MO to Floyd and Lois (Anderson) Fox. Ken was raised and attended school in Joplin, MO. After finishing school, he moved to California and worked in a factory for about a year and then moved back to Joplin where he and his brothers started roofing until he retired in 2008.
During that same year, he met Rosanne Montgomery in Mt. Grove, MO and they were married on September 14, 2008 in Mt. Grove. He and Rosanne moved to Forsyth, MO in 2015.
Ken loved the outdoors and enjoyed puttering and tinkering around his home. He also enjoyed writing poetry, short stories (some which have been published) songwriting and learned to become a very talented artist. He was a very loving man and full of fun. He always kept everyone laughing. He attended the Community Presbyterian Church of Forsyth. Most of all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all.
He is survived by his wife Rosanne Fox of Forsyth, MO; one son, Kenneth Fox Jr.; two daughters, Angela and Nancy; one brother, Dwain Fox; four sisters, Jean, Mary Lou, Judy and Laura and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Larry Fox and one brother, Floyd Fox Jr.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO.
