(From Fohn Funeral Home)Janice Ball, age 78, of Eagle Rock, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Cassville.
She was born May 29, 1942 in Riverside, California, the daughter of Stacy and Bernice (Hildreth) Comstock.
On October 22, 1988, she was united in marriage to Gary Ball who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Allen Saylor of Eagle Rock, Missouri and Russell Ball and his wife Shana of Seneca, Missouri; five daughters, Veronica Logan and her husband Paul of Sparta, Missouri, Cindy Hudson and her husband Tony of Verona, Missouri, Evelyn Jackson of Monett, Missouri, Mary McMaster and her husband Roger of Sarcoxie, Missouri, Leona Yohn and her husband Don of Crawford, Mississippi; fifteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Janice graduated from Pacific High School in San Bernardino, California. After moving here in 1988 she worked at both Cox-Monett Hospital in Monett and South Barry County Hospital in Cassville prior to her retirement. She attended Roaring River Baptist Church in Eagle Rock, Missouri.
Preceding her in death were her parents and three sisters, Leona Armstrong, Shirley Comstock and Ilene Ball.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Reverend Russell Ball, Pastor Tony Ball and Pastor Scott Hill will conduct the services. Burial will be at IOOF Cemetery in Monett, Missouri.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until service time at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
