Jeanne Terry

Wilma “Jeanne” Terry, 87, of Carthage passed away October 18, 2020. Jeanne was born April 21, 1933 in Aurora, Missouri.

Jeanne was a homemaker and a longtime Carthage resident. She was a cook for the Carthage R-9 for several years. She was a member of the Crossroads Baptist Church.

Jeanne was united in marriage to Gene Terry December 24, 1952 in Aurora, Missouri. He preceded her in death April 13, 2016.

Jeanne is survived by six sons; John Terry (Karol) of Carthage, MO, Stephen Terry (Charretta) of Aurora, MO, Philip Terry (Anita) of Heber Springs, AR, Mark Terry (Lisa) of Greenwood, SC, Thomas Terry (Cara) of Carthage, MO and Joel Terry (Lori) of Carthage, MO, twenty five grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.

Jeanne is preceded in death by her husband, and four brothers and five sisters.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday October 23, 2020 at Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday October 22, 2020 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Online condolences can be made at www.ulmerfh.com.
