(From Parker Mortuary)Terry Sue Snyder, 81, of Carl Junction, Missouri, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020, at Freeman Hospital.
Terry was born September 15, 1939, in Girard, Kansas, to the late Bob Lamb and Mildred (Sisk) Lamb. Terry graduated from Girard High School in 1957 and had lived in the Carl Junction area for most of her life.
On July 12, 1969, in Miami, Oklahoma, Terry was united in marriage to Keith Leroy Snyder.
Together they raised three boys, Christopher, Kent and Brian.
Terry retired from Bell Telephone Company. Following retirement, she worked for Stein Mart Department Store. Terry was a long-time member of Frisco Church in Webb City. Terry was very a devout Christian and loved her Lord and Savior.
Terry was very proud of her three boys and cherished the special memories created with them.
She loved to garden flowers, and had her own beautiful oasis in her backyard that she enjoyed. She loved spending time with her fur babies, Hogan and Benji. Terry will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Terry was preceded in death by her three sons, Brian, Kent and Christopher; and a niece, Kelly Borden.
Terry is survived by her husband Keith; nephews, Mike Howard (Penny), Joe Borden; nieces, Pam Heide (Scott), Stacy Coutu (Erik); four great nieces; three great nephews; as well as extended family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, 2020, at Frisco Church, Webb City with Shawn DeGraff and Bob Simon officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the church. Interment will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or Frisco Church in care of the mortuary.
Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
