(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Rosemary Willard, 88, passed away Oct. 25, 2020 at her home surrounded by family.
She was a lifelong Roman Catholic and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Rosemary was born Sept. 9, 1932 to Loretta C. O’Malley.
Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Jean O’Malley; and two infant siblings.

Surviving are six children, Juliana (Jack) Brixey, Mary (Terry) Guinn, Josetta (Bill) Bayless, Melinda (Dewayne) Dever, Harold (Roxanne) Willard, and Johna Dixon; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, Joseph O’Malley, his family; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends at Ulmer Funeral Home 6-7 p.m. Wednesday October 28, 2020 with a rosary to immediately follow at 7:00 p.m.
A mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in Scammon, Kansas, With Fathers Rahab Isidor and Jeremy Huser officiating. Burial will follow at St. Bridget’s Catholic Cemetery.
