Ona Glaubitz

Ona Pauline Glaubitz, age 71, of Neosho, Missouri, formerly of North Platte, Nebraska, passed away at 10:26 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri. She was born January 3, 1951, in Westfir, Lane County, Oregon, to the late Paul Glenn and Hazel Madonna (Davis) Maranville.

Ona worked as a scale operator for Las Vegas Paving Company. She and Don moved to Neosho from Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2013 and made it their home. She loved sewing, cooking, and spending time with her family.








On September 6, 1969, she married Donald Glaubitz in N. Platte, Nevada. He survives her of the home.

In addition to her husband, Don, she is survived by her two sons, Richard Glaubitz and his wife, Angie of Granby, Missouri, and Lemuel Glaubitz and his wife, Megan, of Webb City, Missouri; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Paul Maranville of Neosho; one sister Anita “Sue” Hengen of N. Platte, Nebraska; and her beloved pets.

Ona will be laid to rest at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens in North Platte, Nebraska at a later date. The Clark Funeral Home in Neosho has conducted all local arrangements. In memory of Ona, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
