Anna Belle Brown, age 90 of Joplin, Mo. passed to be with her husband; Lewis Earl Brown, who preceded her on August 7, 1982.
Born, Anna Belle Daniels, January 2, 1923, to Fay and Ruth (McReynolds) Daniels in Racine, Mo. After her parents passing, Anna, went to live with one of her half sisters, Pauline Shank and her husband Pete Shank of Shank Farms in Diamond, Mo. Anna was the last of her family which included one sister, two brothers, four half sisters and one half brother. Anna was a lifetime area resident, she was a member of Community Chapel Church in Joplin and was a housewife with three sons.
Survivors include her sons; Larry Brown of Shawnee Mission, Ks., Lonny Brown of Joplin, and Kenny Brown of Coffeyville, Ks., three grandsons and four great-grandsons.
Graveside services have been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at Granby Cemetery in Granby, Mo., Roger Hasselquist, Minister, will officiate.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
