Donna Miller

Donna H. Miller, age 81, of Webb City, Mo., passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Donna was born on February 7, 1936 in Pittsburg, Ks., the daughter of the late Orville and Valda (Waite) Norris. She has lived in the Webb City area since 1981. She worked as a CNA for Mercy Hospital and National Healthcare. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Webb City. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi for fifty-one years, she was also a member of the Jaycee Jaynes, and Young at Heart, where she cooked for their monthly meetings for eighteen years. She enjoyed crafting and made crafts for the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home.

She married George Miller on June 2, 1957 in Pittsburg, Ks., and he survives. Additional survivors include; two daughters, Penny Miller and Vickie Miller Aldridge, both of Webb City, Mo.; one son, Frank Miller and wife Natalie, Republic, Mo.; one sister, Mary Beth Lewis, Pittsburg, Ks.; one sister-in-law, Marilou Norris; six grandchildren, Carrie Dickerson and husband Eddie, David Aldridge and wife LaTosha, Jake Aldridge and wife Meghan, Daniel Aldridge, Madeleine Miller, and Nicholas Miller; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Emily and Lauren Miller; one brother, Bob Norris; and two sisters, Betty Eurit and Jean Comer.

The family will hold a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Webb City. The visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
