Terrance “Terry” M. Ryan, 69, Carthage, MO, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at his home after a sudden illness. Terrance Michael Ryan was born May 12, 1948 in Webb City, MO; the son of the late Ermal Marion Ryan and Gladys Opal Vandergrift. He was a graduate of Carterville High School, Carterville, MO, Class of 1966. Terry was a veteran with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.
He married Lili C. Canazon on June 27, 1998 in St. Augustine, FL; she survives. Mr. Ryan owned and operated his own Heating and Air Conditioning service in Jacksonville, FL, and later served as maintenance man for Grace Energy in Carthage, MO.
Additional survivors include five daughters, Melissa (Mark) Murphy, Jacksonville, FL, Mary Florio, Carthage, MO, Antoinette Peterson, Carthage, MO, Rosie Peterson (Levi), Carthage, MO and Lili Anne Ryan (Marcus), Carthage, MO; three sons, Jason (Tina) Ryan, Canton, GA, James Carlill, Jacksonville, FL, and Michael (Natalie) Florio, Sarcoxie, MO; and seventeen grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 pm, Wednesday, January 17, 2018 in the Knell Mortuary Chapel, Carthage. Burial will follow in the Curtiss Cemetery, Carthage.
