(From Ozark Funeral Home)Mr. Billy Don Mullin, Sr., 79, of Noel, Missouri, departed this life on Thursday, April 22, 2021, in the comfort of his home.
Bill entered this life on April 11, 1942, in Anderson, Missouri, son of the late Frank and Nina (Kirby) Mullin. He was raised and attended school in Anderson and was a lifelong area resident.
On July 6, 1991, he was united in marriage to Margaret Carson and together they have shared the last twenty-nine years. Bill worked in construction throughout his life, retiring as foreman from Builtwell Construction in Hiwassee, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and three sisters and grandson Zachary Geeding.
Bill is survived by his wife, Margaret Mullin of the home; four children, Sarah Boyd and husband, Steven, of Neosho, Billy Mullin, Jr. of Anderson, Russell Mullin and wife Kim of Pineville and Frankie Mullin of the state of New York; three step-children, Wayne Carson and wife, Amy, of Humboldt, Kansas, Kathy Cook of Gravette, Arkansas and Shelby Saunders and husband, Mike, of Noel; thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Alice Mullin of Neosho; as well as a host of other family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, April 27, 2021, from 6-8:00 p.m. in the Noel Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes. On-line condolences may be sent to the family through our website, www.ozarkfuneralhome.com.
