Chuck was also preceded in death by his parents Jay and Helga Shearhart, brother and sister-in-law John and Janet Shearhart, and sister-in-law Cheryl Capps.
He is survived by his daughter Mariah (Matt) England of Colorado, granddaughters Hannah and Madison (due May 2021), mother Joan Shearhart of Coffeyville, sisters Lynn (David) Bumgarner and Judy (Phil) Neely, both of Coffeyville, brother Bryan (Juli) Masters of Wichita, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and faithful variety of pets his generous heart could not say no to adopting and feeding.
