Karen Block

Karen Block, age 60, of Atascosa, TX, passed away on April 22, 2021 at her home.

Karen was born on July 14, 1960. She spent her teenage years in Missouri where she met the love of her life, Chris Block. 

 After they were married, they relocated to San Antonio where they have resided for the past 35 years. Karen’s wishes were to return to Missouri for burial, a place she dearly loved.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Chris Block; four children, Jacob and Shannyn Block, Joseph and Samantha Block, Rachel and Joshua Dray, and Joshua and Ebonee Block; her mother, Leona Schneider; her siblings, Mike Brannam, Lori Philo, Cindy Brannam, and Mark Brannam and their spouses; ten grandchildren with the eleventh on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Sarcoxie Cemetery in Sarcoxie, MO.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home, Sarcoxie.
