(From Lakin Funeral Home)Marcelline "Marcy" H. Myers, age 87, of Monett, MO, formerly of Coldwater, KS, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Lacoba Homes Inc. in Monett, MO. Marcy was born in Kingman, KS on Thursday, January 11, 1934; the daughter of Henry and Anna (Posh) May.
Mrs. Myers was a Registered Nurse. She loved to have a flower garden, enjoyed painting, coloring in adult coloring books, playing cards, and putting puzzles together.
Marcy enjoyed Monett Senior Citizen center for lunches and other activities. She called Bingo there for many years. While in Kansas, Marcy was a member of the Red Hat Society in Wilmore and enjoyed taking bus tour trips when younger.
She is survived by one daughter, Jeanie (Steve) Osborn in Pierce City, MO; three sons, Ronnie (Dixie) Myers of Sarcoxie, MO, Alan (Brenda) Myers of Medicine Lodge, KS, and Walter "Wally" Myers of Goddard, KS; seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well.
A Celebration of Life service will be planned by the family at a later time. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home, Pierce City, MO.
