(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Kathy Ann Fitzgerald of Peoria, OK passed from this life Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO. She was 61.
Kathy was born March 17, 1961 in Joplin, MO to Charles and Wilma Faye “Sis” (Barnett) Harris. She had lived in the Quapaw and Peoria area all her life. She graduated from Quapaw High School Class of 1979. Kathy had worked for Eagle-Picher Battery Plant in Seneca, MO and was working for Quapaw Public School System in the cafeteria.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Kathy is survived Greg Sappington of the home, 1 son, Cody Fitzgerald of Buffalo, MO, 1 brother, Buddy Harris and his wife Valerie of Quapaw, OK and 2 grandchildren, Austin Fitzgerald and Jasmine Fitzgerald.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK. Rev. Robert Martin will officiate. Interment will be in Seneca Cemetery in Seneca, MO. Shane King, Dusty Crane, Rocky Harris, Little Rocky Harris, John Stasell and Bandy Harris will serve as pallbearers.
