Janetta Lou Green, age 75, of Baxter Springs, Kansas, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin.
Janetta was born on September 13, 1942, in Seneca, Missouri, to the late Richard and Camille Anderson. She lived in the four state area all of her life.
She attended Frog Pond and Seneca High School. Janetta worked at her parents’ farm and she was a plant grower at Moncreif’s Greenhouse. She raised her children and grandchildren.
Janetta is survived by her husband, John Green, of 55 years and will be forever married until eternity. Other survivors include her two sons, Palmer Green and Phillip Green and wife, Aloma; two daughters, Melissa Cox and Margaret Tripp and husband, Everett, and Suzy Cauble; seven grandsons, Jesse, Avery, Phillip, Justin, Jacob, Chris and Brandon; and many great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doloris Parker; and a brother, John Anderson.
Graveside services for Mrs. Green are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at Saginaw Cemetery with Bill Baker officiating.
