Mary Lenore Powell, 68 of Mindenmines, MO died Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at her home.
She was born May 28, 1949 in Pittsburg, KS the daughter of Eddie Jr and Mary Verna (Smith) Fleck.
She was a loving, generous and fun loving mother grandmother Big Mama and friend. She enjoyed reading, writing poetry and traveling. Her favorite places were the Gulf Coast beaches in Florida.
She had a multitude of occupations over the years, most recently being a personal care assistant.
She had a strong faith in Jesus Christ and was a long-term member and benefactor of Lighthouse Temple Church in Pittsburg Kansas.
Survivors include two daughters: Regina Moritz and husband Calton, Springfield, MO and Michelle Little and husband Chad, Warrensburg, MO, a son Troy Mitchell and wife Leah, of Mindenmines, MO, a brother Terry Fleck of Asbury, MO along with eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
